Wow. This place lives up to its name. The chorizo is awesome. Loved it. There are quite a few menu items from small plates(tapas) to full meals. I would happily take a detour into Hervás just to have a meal here. The card machine was broken when I visited and was forced to use the little cash I had on me. However, it was more than enough. Depending on which hotel you stay, it may be a lonely walk at night. However, it’s a safe town.

This is a fab surprise. We had garlic prawns. Secreto pork and entrecôte steak. Everything coming out looked fab. It’s a must people. And so reasonable. It’s behind a high street bar. Don’t under estimate. This is fab and full!

Vinimos a comer un sábado y salimos contentos. Pedimos el queso, que para comenzar siempre es buena opción, y el lagarto. Estaba todo bastante rico aunque quizá porciones algo pequeñas para nuestro gusto, en especial el lagarto. Lo que sí destacaría es la torrija, pues estaba buenísima. Les recomiendo hacer reserva ya que el restaurante estaba lleno. En conclusión, buena experiencia en general.

Un mesón con una gran chimenea donde el maestro parrillero Raúl, te prepara la carne al momento. Cenamos muy bien, calidad precio correcta. Nos recomendó un vino de la tierra muy rico. Volveré a llevarte mi cerveza!!

Gran sitio para comer por la zona, pedimos un chorizo y un lagarto y lo hacen todo en la brasa situada en la planta baja, aunque la cantidad puede que fuese un poco justa. Los camareros fueron super agradables y es muy recomendable ir con reserva, ya que el aforo para el propio día sin reserva estaba completo.

as authentic as it gets. nothing before 9 pm. arou d 8:30 PM they start the coal to be ready at 9 pm. tables are reserved for eating patrons only. we got the solomillo and it was incredible. the other pieces of meat, pork was not bad.
